John Koltai

John Koltai is a visionary multidisciplinary designer and director known for his innovative work in motion design and Fictional User Interfaces (FUI). With a career spanning over a decade, John has created iconic cinematic sequences for some of the worlds most beloved films, including Marvel blockbusters like Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, The Avengers, Thor: Ragnarok, and Spider-Man: Far From Home, as well as RoboCop and Men in Black 3.

Johns passion for design and storytelling extends beyond the silver screen. His experience includes serving as Motion Design Director at Blue Sky Studios, where he brought animated worlds to life, and as Art Director for the groundbreaking Netflix series Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj. Most recently, as Creative Director at Nice Shoes, John has led teams on high-impact projects across the advertising, tech, sports, and broadcast industries, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.

When not shaping the future of digital design, John can be found hiking with his dogs, Cece and Reaux, or chasing surf around the globe a testament to his adventurous spirit and boundless creativity.
