Snotrava began in a small village on the west coast of Norway — far from the creative capitals of the world, but right in the middle of something meaningful.

Founded by two brothers with a camera, a vision, and no industry contacts, we built our creative careers the hard way — through persistence, collaboration, and thousands of conversations with other creatives facing the same struggles.

As we grew from a local film studio to working with global brands and world-class creatives, one thing became clear: the creative industry is full of talent, but broken systems. Most creatives are overworked, underpaid, and left to figure things out alone. We knew there had to be a better way.
